Digital Parenting Workshops
Because the most powerful influence on a child’s digital life is a parent who stays connected
Whether your child is just beginning their online life or already deep into social media and gaming, the most important thing you can do as a parent is stay connected. Our workshops give you the understanding, the tools, and the confidence to do exactly that — at every stage of your child’s development and growth.
Both workshops are available in-person or online, and our trainers can deliver these for your school or community.

How to Parent in an Online World
For parents of children and tweens
Childhood goes online faster than most parents want. This workshop gives parents of young children the confidence, tools, and practical strategies to guide their child’s earliest steps into the digital world — without fear, and without giving up connection.
Built around the SLOW framework — Safety, Life skills, Open dialogue, and Watch together — parents leave with a clear approach to introducing technology gradually, staying close to their child as screens become part of everyday life, and building the character strengths that will protect their child online and off.
Available in-person or online. Can be booked for your school community or attended as an individual parent.
Digital Parenting for Teens
For parents of teenagers
As teenagers embrace the worlds of online gaming, social media, and AI, many parents feel their relationship with their teenager is slipping away. This workshop helps parents reclaim it.
Drawing on the latest research — including Pew Research’s 2024 findings on how teenagers actually think about their own online lives — parents leave with a clear philosophy and practical tools for staying connected through the digital years. No panic. No bans. Just a stronger relationship and a Family Tech Agreement you create together.
Available in-person or online. Can be booked for your school community or attended as an individual parent.
